Information We Collect
The HGCC Digital Education System only collects information explicitly granted by users through Google OAuth 2.0. This includes YouTube channel ID, video titles, view counts, likes, and comments.
No passwords, contacts, or personal identifiers are ever collected.
Use of Information
The data is used exclusively for educational purposes — enabling lecturers to share lessons, track engagement, and improve video-based teaching quality. No information is sold or shared with third parties.
Data Security
OAuth tokens are securely stored and encrypted. The system follows Google’s User Data Policy to ensure user privacy and protection.
User Rights
Users can revoke system access at any time through Google Account Permissions. Once revoked, HGCC no longer has access to any user data.
